Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
You do not need to be home during the cleaning. Our employees are fully vetted and insured for your safety and security. So leaving a key in an accessible spot will work just fine. We can also use building codes, lock boxes or any other form of access.
Is a Deep Clean required?
We highly recommend the initial clean for our first time customers is our Deep Clean. This gives us the opportunity to bring the project to a standard. After the Deep clean we will customize Recurring cleans within your home, ensuring cleanliness for you and your family.
Are you a pet friendly company and do you offer organic solutions?
Accommodating for pets is a top priority. This means we can tailor any cleaning program to fit around you and your pets needs. We offer an organic and safe solution for you and your furry friends, JUST ASK!!
Is DaddyDusters insured?
Our company is fully licensed and insured to meet all requirements. Our company also completes an extensive background check on all employees to help ensure the safety and security of our customers.
Is there a Guarantee?
If you are not fully satisfied 100% with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of the cleaning, and we will do everything we can to meet your needs. Please allow us up to 48 hours after request to respond.
When do I Pay?
We will ask for a credit card prior to services, your account will not be charged until the cleaning is complete. For any reccuring service, we will maintain a card on file and charge once the service is complete.
What is your Cancelation Policy?
We understand things happen, all we ask is you kindly inform us 48 hours in advance of canceling. If you do not provide us within this timeframe there will be an $80 cancellation fee. Cancelations within 5 hours will be charged 60% of the cleaning fee. If our cleaners are locked out and unable to gain access, the full cleaning fee will be charged.
